Split & Combined Payments

Refund Policy
We aim to make refunds fair and transparent:
- Refunds are available for unused SIM Voyage plans or add-ons purchased via our website/app within 30 days of purchase.
- Once a plan has been activated, partially used, or expired, it cannot be refunded.
- Voyage Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
If a technical issue or error occurs with your eSIM activation, you may request a credit or refund after our support team reviews the case.
