Thank you for choosing SIM Voyage. Before you begin using our products, please read these Consumer Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. This document explains the conditions under which you may use:
- Our mobile application and official website ("App" and "Website");
- Security tools that enhance online safety ("Security Features");
- Our eSIM data packages ("Data Plans"), delivered through our trusted technology partners; and
- Additional features or third-party benefits that may come with certain Data Plans ("Extras").
Together, these are referred to as our Services.
These Terms are intended for personal, non-commercial use. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of a business, organization, or any other entity, or under a corporate plan, the Business Terms of Service will apply instead.
Updates to the Terms
SIM Voyage continually improves its Services, which means new features may be added or existing ones updated from time to time. As a result, these Terms may also be revised. Updates may occur in order to:
- comply with applicable laws and regulations;
- address requests or requirements from regulatory authorities;
- introduce new features, technologies, or benefits, or retire older ones;
- correct errors or technical issues;
- clarify wording;
- prevent misuse or protect users;
- or for other legitimate operational or security reasons.
If changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance by reasonable means (e.g., by email or in-app message). Unless otherwise stated, updated Terms take effect once they are published. Continued use of the Services after that date will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may close your account and stop using the Services at any time.

Eligibility
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms and complying with all obligations set out herein.
Binding Agreement
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you (the "user") and SIM Voyage Inc. You agree to these Terms by any of the following actions:
- creating an account to access our Services;
- downloading our App or visiting our Website;
- or otherwise accepting these Terms electronically.
If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

For purposes of these Terms, "SIM Voyage," "we," "us," or "our" refers to SIM Voyage Inc., a company organized and existing under the laws of the United States.

Services
eSIM Data Plans
SIM Voyage provides eSIM-based data packages that can be activated on compatible devices. Each eSIM contains a digital profile that is downloaded during activation. The data allowance and duration of validity are specified at the time of purchase. When the validity period expires, any unused data is forfeited and is non-refundable. All Data Plans are provided strictly on a prepaid basis.
Security Features
In addition to connectivity, we may also provide optional security functionalities designed to improve your browsing experience and enhance online safety, including:
- Virtual Location – Encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through a remote server, allowing you to mask your location.
- Ad Blocker – Uses DNS filtering to block many third-party advertisements before they load.
- Web Protection – Blocks access to suspicious or malicious domains, helping to reduce risks such as phishing and malware.
By default, the Ad Blocker and Web Protection may be enabled when your Data Plan is active. You may disable them at any time. Virtual Location is activated only when you choose to enable it.
