Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Agreement") govern the relationship between INTERGLOW LLC, a legal entity registered at: 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, Delaware, 19713, USA (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", "we", "us", or "SIM Voyage"), and you, an individual or legal entity using the website https://sim.voyage, the mobile application (if applicable), and any eSIM services provided by us (collectively, the "Services").
Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Services. By clicking "I accept", registering on the platform, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. General provisions
1.1. Applicability. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and the Company. It governs the use of our Services, including the purchase and installation of eSIM profiles, rules for accessing your account, responsibilities of the parties, and dispute resolution procedures.
1.2. Clients. For the purposes of this Agreement, "Client" refers to:
- Individuals purchasing eSIMs for personal use;
- Legal entities and sole proprietors purchasing eSIMs and related services for employees or resale;
- Partners and resellers engaged with the Company under a commercial agreement;
- Website visitors using informational materials without making a purchase.
2. Description of services
2.1. SIM Voyage provides access to virtual SIM cards (eSIM) exclusively for mobile internet connectivity. Voice calls, SMS services, and mobile phone numbers are not provided or supported for any purpose.
2.2. eSIMs can be purchased via our website (https://sim.voyage) or mobile applications (Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=voyage.sim, iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/sim-voyage/idxxxxxxxxxx). Upon purchase, the Client receives installation instructions for a compatible device.
2.3. Services are only available for eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked devices. The Client is solely responsible for verifying device compatibility before purchase.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time, without prior notice, when necessary for technical, legal, or commercial reasons.
3. Account and security
3.1. To place an order or access purchase history, the Client may create an account and must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
3.2. The Client is solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials. Any action performed using the Clientâs account is deemed to have been carried out by the Client.
3.3. If unauthorized access is suspected, the Client must immediately notify us at [email protected].
4. Payment and refund policy
4.1.1. All Services are prepaid and processed via third-party payment providers.
4.1.2. All transactions are processed exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). While prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience based on the userâs location or selected preferences, the final amount charged will be in USD. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed by the userâs payment method provider and may be subject to additional fees.
4.1.3. By completing a purchase, the Client agrees to these Terms and the conditions set by the payment provider outlined in appropriate agreement available during the payment.
4.2. Refund policy. Refunds are unavailable in the following cases:
- The eSIM profile has already been installed or activated on a device.
- More than 30 calendar days have passed since the purchase date.
- The issue can reasonably be resolved without a refund (e.g., re-sending the QR code, technical support, transferring the package).
- There are signs of fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or any unlawful activity.
Refunds are available in all other cases, including but not limited to accidental purchase, change of travel plans, inability to use the service due to device issues, or any other reasonable cause, provided the eSIM has not been installed.
4.3. How to request a refund. To initiate a refund, the Client must email [email protected] with the subject "Refund Request", provide order details, and, if requested, proof that the eSIM was not installed. The Company will review the request within 10 business days and will either issue a refund or provide a voucher.
4.4. Exchange. Exchange of eSIMs or switching to another data package is not available. If the eSIM has not been activated, the Client may request a refund and then make a new purchase.
5. Term and termination
5.1. This Agreement takes effect from the moment you first use the Services or click "I accept" and remains valid until terminated.
5.2. You may stop using the Services at any time by deleting your account or discontinuing use of purchased eSIMs. Refund eligibility is subject to Section 4.
5.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to Services immediately in cases of breach, suspected fraud, technical necessity, or legal requirements.
5.4. Upon termination, the Client loses access to their account, Services, and any unused data packages. We may delete related data within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Intellectual property
6.1. All materials on SIM Voyage website and mobile applications, including logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, and other content, are the exclusive property of INTERGLOW LLC or its partners and are protected by copyright laws.
6.2. The Client may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works based on any part of the website content without prior written permission from the Company.
6.3. Unauthorized use of the SIM Voyage brand or any elements of our corporate identity is strictly prohibited.
7. Privacy
7.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. The Client agrees that the Company may use their contact details, technical information about the device, and approximate location for providing Services, improving and analyzing Service quality, and complying with applicable laws.
7.3. Data will not be shared with third parties without the Clientâs consent, except where required by law (e.g., court orders, law enforcement requests).
8. Prohibited activities
Clients are strictly prohibited from illegal use, interfering with systems, using unauthorized personal data, providing false information, or reselling eSIMs without an agreement with the Company.
9. Limitation of liability
9.1. Services are provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to uninterrupted availability, guaranteed speed, security, or compatibility with all devices and networks.
9.2. The Company is not liable for failures or disruptions in third-party mobile networks, damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services, actions of third parties, or errors caused by installation on unsupported devices.
9.3. The maximum liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the cost of the last purchased package.
10. Dispute resolution
10.1. Any disputes between the Client and the Company shall first be resolved amicably. The Client must send a written complaint to [email protected] and allow 30 days for resolution.
10.2. If no settlement is reached, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in the State of Delaware, USA.
10.3. Both parties waive any rights to participate in class actions or collective claims.
11. Changes to the agreement
11.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be published on https://sim.voyage.
11.2. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Language disclaimer
This Agreement is originally drafted in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only. In the event of any discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
